Lux&Easy has created the website https://luxandeasy.com/ to offer information to its users.

The use of the website https://luxandeasy.com/ is subject to the present terms and conditions, which users are requested to read carefully and to conform to. The use of the website https://luxandeasy.com/ implies the unconditional acceptance of the present terms and conditions.

Lux&Easy may, for any reason and without prior notice, change these Terms and Conditions. The continuing use of this website by users, as well as continuing staying in the Lux&Easy properties, after the effective date of any changes in the Terms and Conditions, will be conceived as acceptance of such changes by the users and guests.

As a result of ongoing developments, the information contained in this page may not always be up to date and for this reason, information is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS RELEASED” basis.

Check-in/out Policies

Check-in at 15:00pm or later. For check-in later than 23.00pm, please contact the property in advance.
Check-out at 11:00am or earlier

Late Checkout Policy:

Our late check-out is from 11:00-17:00 and extra costs apply.

Later than 5pm, the guest gets charged an additional full night.

Please be aware that late check-out is subject to availability

We kindly ask our guests to inform us regarding their arrival time and check-out preference promptly.

Reservation Policy

Minimum Stay: 1 night

Lux&Easy requires credit card details in order to guarantee and pre-authorize a reservation.

In case of a direct booking via telephone or if the guest does not own a credit card, to confirm a reservation the guest may be required to deposit a prepayment at the property’s bank account under these Terms and Conditions.

Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking and all guidelines of the following-up steps until check-in. Please review the information carefully and if you have any questions or require any changes, contact reservations@luxandeasy.com.

Only a person over the age of 18 is allowed to make a reservation. The adult making a reservation for a person under the age of 18 will be held responsible for the minor, whether he or she accommodates with the minor or not.

Payment Policy

Rates are in euro (€) and include all applicable taxes.

No cash payments are accepted.

No personal cheques are accepted.

Prepayment Policy may vary according to the booking channel, apartment type, total number of nights reserved, etc. Please check the conditions that apply to your reservation before submitting your booking.

Cancelation policy

Cancelations Policy varies based on seasonality, booking rate, booking channel and many more. Please refer to your Reservation Confirmation e-mail to check what applies to you, or please contact reservations@luxandeasy.com in order to assist you.

The above does not apply to “NON-REFUNDABLE” reservations. “NON-REFUNDABLE” cannot be refunded.

Bank Deposit

Lux&Easy reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

When you submit credit-card data while making a reservation, encryption technology is used to guarantee a secure transaction. We will only collect personal data that is necessary for the purpose of processing, confirming, and paying a booking. We will hold such financial information as long as it is needed in order to complete necessary transactions, always in accordance with the applicable law. 

Our Rates Include

All our rates include accommodation. Lux&Easy guarantees and takes full responsibility solely for the provision and quality of the accommodation.

Besides that, each rate has its own package deal. It is the guest’s responsibility to check what is included in their price before submitting their booking.

When reserving a room (via telephone or online), Lux&Easy is entitled to approve and charge international or national credit cards. A reservation fee may be charged to the credit card as a prepayment. This will be deducted from the final bill. If Lux&Easy has not made an approval for prepayment from your credit card, we are entitled to require a deposit up to 50€.

Any additional service that might be needed during the guest’s stay, can be arranged by our experienced and dedicated team upon request and it will be provided by our carefully selected and trustworthy partners.

Yet, all other services requested and included in one’s price, besides accommodation, are provided by outsourced entities and therefore Lux&Easy does not bear any liability regarding those.

Please note that additional services are subject to availability and extra charges may apply.

Security Cameras

All common areas of this property are video recorded for the safety of our guests. For more information, please check our Privacy Policy.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in all spaces of our properties.

Children Policy 

Children of any age are welcome.

Children of 0-2 years old, stay for free on a baby cot.

Baby cots are a subject to availability. In order to secure one, it is advised to state your request before check-in date. Yet, for it to be official it must be confirmed by the Lux&Easy team with an e-mail.

Extra Bed Policy

There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.

Noise Management 

We would kindly ask our guests to respect other guests and local residents and keep noise to acceptable levels, especially during ‘quite hours’. In accordance with Greek Law, these are:

1st April – 30th September

15:00pm- 17:30pm and 23:00pm-07:00am

1st October – 31st March

15:30pm-17:30pm and 22:00pm-07:30am

Cleaning Policy

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property.

All surfaces in the apartments and common areas are frequently and thoroughly cleaned with professional disinfectants. A complete sanitation takes place every time a guest checks-in and out of the building.

We are making sure that our housekeeping staff are wearing Personal Protective Equipment and are trained properly in accordance to our COVID-19 protocols and guidelines.

During these challenging times, the safety and well-being of our guests and staff remains our top priority.

Gym Regulations

√ Operating Hours: 08:00am-21:00pm

√ The Gym area is available only to hotel residents.

√ Hotel residents may use the gym at their own risk. Lux&Easy is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident or fatality even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising in the Gym area.

√ Maximum number of people using the Gym at the same time is 4.

√ No children under the age of 18 are allowed to use the Gym.

√ Food is not permitted inside the Gym.
√ Glass containers and other breakable items are not allowed in or around the gym area.
√ It is forbidden to bring and use equipment that does not belong to the property.

√ Hotel residents are advised to wear appropriate clothing during work-out.
√ Audio equipment and/or voice levels, must be maintained at a minimum volume.
√ Any person with considerable exposed open wounds is strongly advised not to use the Gym to prevent infections.
√ People suspected of having infectious or communicable diseases may not use the Gym.

√ We kindly ask our hotel residents to keep the room and equipment as clean as possible after each use. We also encourage them to bring their own towel in the facility.

Parties and Events

It is strictly prohibited for guests to host gatherings, parties, or any kind of similar event.

Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is restricted to those 18 years or older with valid identification.

Loss, Misuse or Damage of Property’s Belongings 

In case of an accident where a property’s belonging(s) is damaged or destroyed, the guest is obligated to report it to the company. Lux&Easy ensures that will handle the situation fittingly and with goodwill.

After the departure of each guest, a maintenance check takes place by our staff. The guest will be held responsible for any loss, misused items or damage to the Hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible (for example caused from smoking or using electric cigarette). For every loss or damage to the Hotel property, Lux&Easy has the right to claim monetary compensation.

General Terms

If any article of the above terms is considered as non-applicable, it will not affect the validity and enforcement of the remaining terms.

These Terms represent the overall agreement between every guest and Lux&Easy. These Terms prevail against any other written agreement between every guest and Lux&Easy.

Communication

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree to receive Marketing and Non-marketing e-mails regarding your stay at LUX&EASY and other newsletter. You have the right to opt-out/unsubscribe from this newsletter list anytime you want by sending us your request at info@luxandeasy.com or by clicking the Unsubscribe button at the very end of the e-mail you will receive.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Greek law.  Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be filed with courts of Athens. The guest consents to the jurisdiction of said courts and waives any objection which they may have at any time to the jurisdiction of said courts, the laying of venue in said courts or the convenience of the forum.

Amendments to T&C

Lux&Easy has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Such changes will be posted on this page. It is the guest’s responsibility to check this page regularly in order to be updated with any possible amendments. The continuing use of Lux&Easy accommodations will be conceived as acceptance of such changes by the guests.

The current regulations’ effective date is 01/02/2022.

All the above are subject to General Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/79).
