The LUX&EASY Signature Syggrou 234 hotel is looking for a groom for permanent and full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival and departure
- Handling guests’ luggage and ensuring safe and timely delivery to their rooms
- Providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Assisting guests with transportation arrangements and other requests
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas
- Maintaining accurate logs of luggage storage and retrieval
- Cooperating with the front office and concierge team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- Performing light housekeeping tasks as needed
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of guest belongings
- Performing any other tasks as requested by the front office manager or concierge
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel
- Good knowledge of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional behavior and appearance
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Consistency and reliability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures
