The LUX&EASY Signature Syggrou 234 hotel is looking for a Bartender for permanent and full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Serving drinks following the company’s service standards
- Knowing the menu to provide clarifications to guests
- Ensuring smooth bar preparation (mise en place)
- Welcoming guests with a friendly attitude and a smile
- Participating in tasks related to the department in collaboration with the immediate supervisor
- Maintaining the department’s cleanliness plan
- Recording stock and assisting in creating orders
- Conducting monthly inventories in the bar and its storage
- Excellent communication with other departments (service-bar) to ensure high-quality service
- Maintaining cleanliness standards to ensure proper implementation of hygiene and safety rules
- Performing any other auxiliary tasks as requested by the department supervisor
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel
- Excellent knowledge of the wine, beverage, and cocktail menu
- Excellent skills in making basic cocktails
- Excellent coffee preparation skills
- Very good knowledge of English
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional behavior
- Positive attitude oriented towards hospitality
- Consistency and efficiency
- Basic knowledge of hygiene, safety, and food and beverage management procedures
- Focus on providing high-level services
