The LUX&EASY Signature Syggrou 234 hotel is looking for a Housekeeper for permanent and full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas according to the hotel’s standards
- Replacing bed linens, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms
- Reporting any damages or maintenance issues to the maintenance department
- Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas
- Restocking housekeeping supplies and amenities as needed
- Handling guests’ requests and complaints with a positive attitude and professionalism
- Following all safety and sanitation policies
- Assisting with laundry and other related tasks as needed
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of guests’ rooms and belongings
- Performing any other tasks as requested by the housekeeping supervisor
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Professional behavior and appearance
- Basic knowledge of English
- Consistency and reliability
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures
