Job Description:
The Reservations and Concierge Agent will manage with the team all reservation and concierge requests for our 1st Four Star Hotel & 4 Aparthotels in Athens.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handles guest reservation requests via telephone, email, and reservation platforms.
- Invoicing, guest payment transactions and monitoring of OTAs commissions
- Provides concierge services for our guests, information about amenities, and extra services
- Responds to all guest requests before, during and after their stay through various channels (telephone, extranets, sms/WhatsApp, email), and always provides excellent customer service
- Handles all guest complaints and offer solutions
- Follow through arrival lists (arrival times, rates etc.) from the day prior to the guest arrival until check in
- Handles external systems such as channel manager, PMS, OTAs extranets etc.
- Assist the Sales and Revenue Manager in the pre-opening activities of the new hotels: Contracting, creation, registration and maintenance of rate codes and policies, OTA set up
- Ensure that the accuracy of all booking information entered in the PMS, that guest history records are accurately maintained and that all recurring guests are pre-registered
- Ensure communication with other departments (Sales, Revenue, Operations, Finance) to provide a seamless service for our guests
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Reservations Management experience in a Hotel or Hospitality Management company
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Excellent overall communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Knowledge and grasp of hotel distribution systems (PMS, CM, Booking Engines)
- Problem solving and able to multi-task
- Be able to work in shifts (morning- evening and weekends)
